Ben Gibbard (born August 11, 1976 in Bremerton, Washington) is an American musician and songwriter who has formed several indie bands. He is most notable as the lead singer of Death Cab for Cutie; his other projects include The Postal Service and All-Time Quarterback. He has also created music under his name and under the band Pinwheel. Gibbard appeared as a guest on Jimmy Tamborello's (his Postal Service collaborator) Dntel album entitled Life is Full of Possibilities (2001) - Specifically, he contributed vocals to the song "(This Is) The Dream of Evan and Chan.

Andrew Pekler was born in Samarkand, Uzbekistan (then U.S.S.R.). His family immigrated to the U.S., eventually settling in Monterey, California. In the mid 90s he moved to Heidelberg, Germany to attend university. Since 2000 he has been living and working in Berlin.
Under his own name he has produced two records for the ̃scape label, Station to Station (2002) and Nocturnes, False Dawns and Breakdowns (2004) as well as releasing Strings + Feedback (2005) on Staubgold. His latest album Cue, was released in June 2007 on Kranky (Chicago, USA).
Jason Forrest is an electronic music producer known for noisy experimental electronica and breakcore. Largely produced and performed on a single computer (including live shows), his songs tend to be constructed from digital samples of found sounds and other artists' music. Until 2004 he recorded under the name Donna Summer then in 2007 he began to re-use the updated "DJ Donna Summer" for the production an performance of dance music.
There are several artists with that name. 1) Praxis was an ever-changing musical project led by prolific producer Bill Laswell. Praxis combined elements of different musical genres such as funk, jazz, hip hop and heavy metal into highly improvised music. Clue to Kalo is a folktronica band from Adelaide, Australia. Originally a pseudonym for singer / producer Mark Mitchell, who still writes all of the material, the Clue To Kalo live band is a 3-piece. They have toured with Her Space Holiday and Architecture in Helsinki. Mark previously recorded as Super Science.
Jneiro Jarel (born Omar Gilyard) is a Philadelphia-based hip hop producer. Noted for his abstract style, he is also known for his beat-making alias Dr. Who Dat? and his group Shape of Broad Minds, who released both their debut EP and album on Lex Records in the summer of 2007.
Jneiro grew up in Brooklyn, and moved out of the Brownsville section at the age of 5. His mother was in the army, and as a result, he lived in many places (Maryland, Arizona, Georgia, etc.). Finally touching down in Houston, Texas in the mid 80's, where his cousin "DJ Starr" put him on to hip hop at an early age.
