Mojave 3

Mojave 3 are a / band which formed in Reading, England in 1993. The band consists of Neil Halstead (vocals, guitar), Rachel Goswell (vocals, guitar, bass), Simon Rowe (guitar), Alan Forrester (organ, vocals), and Ian McCutcheon (drums). Goswell, Halstead and McCutcheon were previously members of the band Slowdive. The band initially existed as a trio consisting of Halstead, Goswell, and McCutcheon (hence the "3" in their name).

The Kindling

The Kindling started as a collaboration between songwriter and guitarist Guy Weir and drummer Leon Baker. In the autumn of 2010, influenced by the guerilla recording spirit of the likes of sparklehorse, tom waits, and mount eerie, they explored the recording possibilities of Guy’s place in the remote Kent countryside. They took Guy's late night songs, added distant harmonies from adjacent rooms, banjo, lap steel, mellotron, fireside percussion, and straightaway the results felt like old friends.

Sun Kil Moon

Sun Kil Moon is the current project of Mark Kozelek, best known for his previous band, Red House Painters. Sun Kil Moon sees Kozelek undertake all the writing, composing, singing and guitar playing accompanied by Tim Mooney and Anthony Koutsos (also an ex-member of RHP) on drums, and Geoff Stanfield on bass. The band is named after bantamweight boxer Moon Sung-Kil. Their debut album, Ghosts of the Great Highway, was written entirely by Kozelek, and released by Jetset Records in 2003.

American Music Club

American Music Club (often abbreviated AMC) is a San Francisco-based band led by singer-songwriter Mark Eitzel. They've been recording and playing in SF clubs since the mid 1980's, showing a remarkable longevity for a band that has been far more critically acclaimed than financially successful. Although born in California, frontman Mark Eitzel spent his formative years in Great Britain and Ohio before returning to the Bay Area in 1980.
