Black and White

For the psytrance artists go to the Black & White page and fix your tags. The band went under the name “First Love” and performed at the Hemmens Auditorium Battle of the Bands. The band took first place and won “cash plus recording time”. As time went on the band changed its name to “Black and White” and soon became very popular on the Illinois Club Circuit. The band performed at Chance’s R, Stay Out West and other Classic venues. Black and White Is: BOB SLAWEK / VOCALS JIM PATTERSON / BASS

Aquila are Jonas Dryhoel & Thomas Van Hulle. Born and raised in a small town in the Ghent vicinity in Belgium. Due to sharing interests they soon found each other and in 2001 they set up the ‘Mental Gymnastics’ organisation.

Terminator

There are at least 3 artists called Terminator. 1. Terminator (Bzenec, Czech Republic, 1987 - 1996) Terminator was a Czech thrash metal band from Bzenec, founded in 1987 (most of sources mention 1988, though) with first live performance in 1989.
In the same year, the band released their first demo Termination and then another demo Unification (Together against to Death) The debut album Probability of Doom was released in 1991. While the name is in English, all lyrics were in Czech. The album was well accepted and the band got concerts through Europe.

Xerox & Illumination

Xerox & Illumination are Moshe Keinan and Amir Dvir from Israel. Xerox released 4 albums: Xerox & Freeman - "Human Race" (1998), Xerox - "Freestyle" (1999), Maskalin - "Way of life" (2001) and Xerox - "Frequency drive" (2002). Illumination is Amir Dvir, a talented artist and sound technician of the first degree. He started making trance music under the name Luminus and released 3 albums: Luminus - "Journey into your dream" (1998), Luminus - "Hypnotica" (2000) and Luminus vs.

Hippocampus

There are two artists using the name Hippocampus: 1. An alt rock band from Edinburgh, Scotland who released The Band EP in November 2008, which is available for free download here. Featuring Richard Fish on guitar and vocals, Simon Watt on bass and vocals, and John Reid on drums. More info on gigs, etc. can be found at www.myspace.com/hippocampustheband. 2. Hippocampus is the moniker of Sioux Falls, SD native Tom Weismantel.
