A melodic and polished mainstream rock band, reinforced with the strong female vocals of New Jersey native Sandi Saraya.
Formed in New Jersey by vocalist Sandi Saraya and keyboard player Gregg Munier and originally travelled under the title Alsace Lorraine. They changed the name to Saraya and travelled to Los Angeles in an attempt to make it big. However the stint in L.A. was short-lived, and the band returned home broke and disillusioned.
Only Fate Remains consists of six band members. Each of the members has its own musical roots ranging from rock 'n roll to black metal, but all share their passion for creating strong melodic (subtle) sophisticated music. There is more than one artist with the name Ophelia: 1. Ophelia are a metal band hailing from Chelmsford, Essex. Formed in late 2008, the band immediately started writing material and playing gigs in the local area. The spring of 2009 saw the band recording their debut E.P. at CDS Studios in Essex. By summer artwork and design had been finished, and the band raised money for CD replication throughout the autumn using a ‘presale scheme' that allowed fans to preorder and pay for the E.P. before it came out, ensuring them a signed copy.
