The Edinburgh based groove trio Gecko 3 (artists formerly known as Gecko) were formed in the Spring of 2000 by: Marty Philip: vocals/guitar
Paul Gilbody: double bass
Hugh Martin: drums After several years of collaboration in the Edinburgh music scene they set out as a three-piece to write fresh grooves based on a new mix of jazz, hip-hop, latin, funk and reggae. Releasing their debut EP 'A Walk Across the Ceiling' in 2002, Gecko 3 have performed mini-tours in New York, London, France and Germany, in addition to regular gigs in venues from London to Skye.

http://www.myspace.com/loversturntomonsters Lovers Turn To Monsters (LTTM) is the solo project of Scottish youngster Kyle Wood. Taking influences from all over the place from Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Loudon Wainwright, Lou Barlow,Snow Patrol through to Get Cape, Wear Cape, Fly. Kyle's music is known for it's Lo-Fi charm and pop practicality. His live shows consisting mainly of him, his acoustic guitar and his trusty drum machine.

Donnie Munro

Donnie Munro/Donaidh Rothach (born August 2, 1953, in Uig, Isle of Skye) is a Scottish musician, and former lead singer of the band Runrig. A native speaker of Scottish Gaelic, much of his work is in that language. He attended Gray's School of Art in Aberdeen and did a postgraduate in teaching at Moray House in Edinburgh. He first saw Runrig play in 1973 and was approached one year later to become a member of the band. He later disagreed with his bandmates over several issues, including politics; Pete Wishart later became a Scottish National Party Member of Parliament.

Steve Adey

Edinburgh, United Kingdom (2005 – present) Steve Adey (born, Birmingham, England) is a singer, songwriter, and former recording engineer. Steve Adey has released one album and various EP's & singles. His 2006 debut album ''All Things Real'' was released through independent record label Grand Harmonium Records. Steve Adey's music is commonly described as "slowcore", a sub-genre characterised by slow tempos and minimalist arrangements. His music covers many styles and genres from baroque pop through folk and most recently (on his These Resurrections EP) classical and avant-garde.

Alistair Hulett

Former Roaring Jack singer, Alistair Hulett has launced a solo career in which he storms back with more acoustic folk songs. Alistair, based once again in Glasgow, continues to work solo and with Swarb. He has also written, and performs, three workshop presentations, each one lasting approximately 90 minutes. "From Blackheath To Trafalgar Square" looks at "insurrection and resistance in the Disunited Kingdom" from the Peasants' Revolt to the Poll Tax Riots.
