Armchair Martian

Self described as "Good guys, bad band." Armchair Martian is a Fort Collins, CO based punk-rock group with a strong Country Music influence. They are closely linked to Bad Astronaut and Drag the River, a seperate band, yet which features two current and one former member. The only two consistent members are Jon Snodgrass (guitar, vocals) and Paul Rucker (drums). It is a running joke in the band that their bassists never last long...

Tasmanian born songstress Ange Boxall is a genuine troubadour whose sound is reflected in the same way that she likes to travel, drawing inspiration from Australia, England and America. Her Singer- Songwriter style is largely described as Americana but you could say that it is actually Tasmaniana! Tasmania (named ‘Tassie’ by locals) is a heart-shaped island off the south-eastern coast of Australia. It is about as remote as you can get.

Reverend Peyton's Big Damn Band

There aren’t a lot of Warped Tour vets who can claim proficiency in the use of washboards, bottleneck slides and five-gallon buckets. Most didn’t spend their teens playing along to Charlie Patton and Bukka White albums. And just about none are fronted by a commissioned member of the Honorary Order of Kentucky Colonels. But the Reverend Peyton’s Big Damn Band, whose "Mama's Fried Potatoes" was featured on Warped’s 2009 tour compilation CD, are all that and more. With wild sing-a-longs and flaming washboards, their live shows have been converting skeptics left and right.

2. TWIN FALLS - an unsigned US metal band from Pheonix who released one album in 2006 Twin Falls, a collective (of sorts) that started life as the nom-de-band for London based singer/songwriter Luke Stidson, took shape from the dying embers of UK indie label Exercise1 (responsible for debut singles from Twin Thousands and Jeremy Warmsley, as well as the widely acclaimed 50minutes compilation).
