MZ.412

Maschinenzimmer 412 (currently known as MZ.412) are the inventors of so-called "black industrial", a dark and haunting music which mixes industrial noise, ritual ambient and black metal atmospheres. The mastermind behind the project is Henrik Nordvargr Björkk (often credited as Kremator), aided by different people with each release. Original releases from 1989-1990 came under the name Maschinenzimmer 412, previous to Björkk founding the Swedish EBM band Pouppée Fabrikk. The project came back in 1995 with the shortened moniker MZ.

Hansel

There is one Hansel. Hansel originates from BOSTON. HANSEL
Lorentzian Lineshaper
Label: D-Trash Records
"This was a tough CD to review, and even a tougher one to listen to, which is probably why I liked it so much." Hansel is Alan Fux (vocals, samples, arrangements, orchestrations) and M.X. Lopex (samples, sequences, programming).
Hansel is also a clash of genres and a study of the thermodynamics of disparate sounds traversing against the grain. Pranksters and poets, Hansel is what Suicide would be today if modern computer technology was available.

Jordan Reyne

Hailed by New Zealand's National Radio as the pioneer of a new sound, Jordans music has been variously described as "celtic industrial", "folk noir" and "Antipodean Steampunk" yet defies any cut and dried description. Jordan combines pioneer-era industrial found sound, with folktronic loops and etherial vocal melodies to tell the extraordinary tales of ordinary people in a time where life was being turned upside down by the invenstion of new machines.
Imagine Sinead Oconnor trapped in a 19th workhouse with only Trent Reznor for company.

Info_Cifon

nfo_Cifon produces and composes Electro with abstract arrangements, pointing to a diverse range of influences. These are highlighted by an amalgam of styles, manifesting as angular, layered tones and rhythms, composed to have maximum impact in any environment. Characteristically Info_Cifon's arrangements are constructed from Modular foundations then built up with other forms of synthesis and distinctive programming techniques. Fundamentally, the various styles are tonal metaphors of a disdain for global institutions, govenments and diplomats with their own vested interests.
