Having discovered Dubstep in 2007, DFRNT jumped at the opportunity to try his hand at production. He had worked on a number of styles in the past, all developing out of his previous production work on mashups and bootlegs. Within a few weeks, he had worked up a furious remix of Dead Prez’s “Hip Hop” and with a solid base of feedback, decided to work on a number of entirely original tracks. Alison Limerick

Alison Limerick (born c. 1959 in London, England) is an English singer.
She began her music career as a backing vocalist in the mid-80s after attending the London Contemporary School of Dance. In 1989 made a brief appearance as an African sorceress in Bob Rafelson's film Mountains of the Moon. She is best known for her 90s club anthems, her most successful and best known track being "Where Love Lives", which was originally a massive club success in 1991 and top ten smash when remixed in 1996.
