Dave Formula

Dave Formula, (born David Tomlinson 1946), is an English keyboardist and composer from Manchester, UK who played with the post-punk band Magazine, and New Romantic ensemble Visage during the end of the 1970s and the beginning of the 1980s, in Ludus and in the "world music" band The Angel Brothers. He started out in the mid-sixties (ca. 1965) and achieved some success with the R&B / Blues / Soul band St.

Jacob's Stories

Started in the Summer of 2003 as a collection of four track songs made for friends, Jacob's Stories is music made by a bearded singer songwriter named Stuart Lee. To date he has released three split singles (with Tyler, Good Morning Captain and Metronomes, respectively), a three song E.P ('Bird') and two full-lengths - 'Fledgling' (2006, Gravity DIP) and 'Undisciplined Art' (2008, self-released). Often compared to Hood, Sigur Ros, Talk Talk, and Radiohead, Jacob's Stories is best described as semi-electronic, mainly piano/organ-based, downtempo indie.

Nova's Basement

Nova’s Basement are three girls hunting for that big shiver sound with layers of cello, violin, guitar and sweet ‘n sour voices. Although originally all hailing from Australia, the band formed in London during the summer of 2005. After running through a string of very random and often humorous band names, the girls finally settled on ‘Nova’s Basement’ - a little nod to their favourite Russian rehearsal rooms in King Cross.

Taskforce

Task Force are an underground British hip hop group from Highbury in London, England. The group is led primarily by two brothers Chester P (vocals, song writing and occasional music production) and Farma G (vocals, song writing and music production). The name Task Force has been undertaken however by DJ Louis Slipperz (music production and DJing) and loosely by Ramson Badbones (vocals and songwriting) who has appeared on a few releases as part of the group.
