Sam Forrest is the frontman in new-grunge band Nine Black Alps from Manchester, England. They have released two albums on Island Records. Sam has put some home recordings of solo material on the internet in 2007, and released his debut album 'Down the Hillside' in 2008.

Steven Paul "Elliott" Smith (August 6, 1969 – October 21, 2003) was an American songwriter and musician. Smith was born in Omaha, Nebraska, raised primarily in Texas, and resided for a significant portion of his life in Portland, Oregon, where he first gained popularity. His primary instrument was the guitar, but he was also proficient at piano, clarinet, bass, drums and harmonica. Smith had a distinctive vocal style characterized by his "whispery, spiderweb-thin delivery" and use of multi-tracking to create vocal harmonies.

Jaime Regan

October 2011... Since the release of the True North EP in 2009, Jaime Regan has been on an extensive tour of New Zealand (taking in shows in Sydney, Australia on the trip home) and a tour of Switzerland, as well as playing gigs all over the UK, before taking a break from gigging to write and record new material. This summer he began work on his new album, returning to Church Road Studios in Hove to work with producer Julian Tardo.
