Georg Philipp Telemann

Georg Philipp Telemann (14th March 1681–25th June 1767) was a German Baroque composer, born in Magdeburg. Self-taught in music, he studied law at the University of Leipzig. The most prolific composer of his era, he was a contemporary of Johann Sebastian Bach and a life-long friend of Georg Friedrich Händel. While in the present day Bach is generally thought of as the greater composer, Telemann was more widely renowned for his musical abilities during his lifetime.

Mark Feldman (born 1955 in Chicago, Illinois, United States) is a jazz violinist. Feldman worked in Chicago from 1973 to 1980, and in Nashville, Tennessee from 1980 to 1986. He worked in New York City and Western Europe from 1986. Feldman often works with John Zorn, Sylvie Courvoisier, John Abercrombie, Dave Douglas, Uri Caine, and Billy Hart. He has played on recordings by Michael Brecker, Lee Konitz, Joe Lovano, and Chris Potter. At New York's Lincoln Center he played in Duo with pianists Paul Bley and Muhal Richard Abrams.

Marques Toliver was born in Tallahassee Florida on March 28, 1987, but moved to Daytona Beach at a young age. His first impressionable musical influence began as a young boy mimicking the deep southern style of singing he came in contact with. David Garrett (born September 4, 1980 as David Bongartz in Aachen, Germany[1]) is a classical violinist and recording artist. When Garrett was four years old, his father bought a violin for his older brother. The young David took an interest and soon learned to play. A year later, he took part in a competition and won first prize. By the age of seven, he was playing once a week in public. He studied violin at the Lubeck Conservatoire. At the age of 12, he began working with the distinguished Polish violinist Ida Haendel, often travelling to London and the other European cities to meet her.

The band formed in Hobart, Tasmania but then, soon after Bickford, Aulich, and Bailey in 1995 moved to Melbourne.They found their new lead singer, Merida Sussex, working in the St Kilda Public Library.
