Jason Manford

Jason Manford (born May 26 1981, Salford, Lancashire) is an English writer, comedian, actor and television presenter, who began his career in 1999. Manford was working in a comedy club collecting glasses when a performer didn't arrive for an evening set. Manford, who was 17 at the time stepped in to fill the gap, an event which marked the beginning of his comedy career. Six gigs later he was crowned The City Life North West Comedian of the Year.

Ninetynine

Ninetynine is an indie band based in Melbourne, Australia. The band was founded by Laura Macfarlane, who played drums in Sleater-Kinney, in 1996 as a solo project. The first album, 99, was recorded with her playing all the instruments. Not long after she assembled a band with Cameron Potts and Rhonda Simmonds - who has since left the group and now plays in Origami. Other former members of the band are Iain McIntyre (who played with Laura in several earlier bands) and Amy Clarke (formerly of The Vivian Girls). Meg Butler joined in 2006.

Kye Gibbon is a fresh-faced 21 year old producer and DJ from High Wycombe, going by the name of Foamo. Here's another up-and-comer banging out tasty wobbly basslines and fidgety beats and has rightly received alot of attention from the likes of MSTRKRFT, Drop The Lime, Crookers and Kissy Sell Out.
Since the age of 13 Foamo has immersed himself in the garage, dubstep, jungle/d'n'b, hip hop and grime scenes. With all these influences combined, Foamo has crafted his own category of electro that often revolves around a filthy bassline and kinetic beats.

Boy 8-Bit

Boy 8-bit; a young and upcoming producer famous for his infectious "bleep" electro-styled tracks inspired by the computer games of old. Boy 8-Bit's name hails from the days of old. Using an Amiga computer to produce in his youth, he dealt in 8-bit samples and hence the name. Although still relatively unknown, his EP "Suspense is Killing Me" received great critical claim on the underground Electro/Synth circuit.
