Joe Budden

Joe Budden (born August 31, 1980 in Spanish Harlem, New York) is a rapper from Jersey City, New Jersey. In recent years he has come to prominence as one of the most skilled and sought-for rappers in the game, despite his best work being on the internet mixtape circuit. His music initially gained popularity on New York City's famous mixtape circuit in 2002. Although his biggest mainstream hit to-date is 2003's up-tempo "Pump It Up," Budden is known for his reflective and often insecure lyrics.

Clockwork Sodomy

Clockwork Sodomy are a 4-piece band from Jersey Channel Island. It took singer Jordan Delap about a year trying different people to get the band running efficiently. After a set of line-up changes C-Sod had their first gig at Battle of the Bands in 2009, consisting of Jordan Delap (vocals and Guitar), Ben McCarthy (bass) and Mikey Phillips (drums and backing vocals). After this, Harry Gilbertson joined the band late 2009 on lead guitar. Clockwork Sodomy released a live album "Live at the Live Lounge 26-02-10" Which is available for to listen and free download here on Last.fm and also:

The Break

At least 2 bands go by the name of The Break 1) The Break - New Jersey. Most bands in the world can be lumped into one category or another, they are shuffled, redefined, and in that way they begin to lose the qualities that could make them important or meaningful. The greatest bands, the most influential or memorable, are the ones who don't try to fill the role set for them, who don't pursue anything other than the desire to make music, and the need to express that art to an audience. From the start, The Break has had this aesthetic in mind.
