Monica has made records with Belle and Sebastian, Chris Coco, and James Grant among others. She was the singer in the awesome Thrum and presently makes records with Johnny Smillie under her own name that are like no other records you'll hear. No attempt to pastiche other artists or be part of any scene, they are as unique as they are beautiful. More inspired by soundtracks than the history of pop with a voice that has been compared to Liz Fraser of the Cocteau Twins, Emmy Lou Harris, Mary Margaret O'Hara and Kate Bush.
Beecake, a Glasgow, Scotland-based band, consists of four members: Billy Boyd (Vocals, Guitar) John Crawford (Vocals, Drums) Billy Johnston (Vocals, Guitar, Keyboards) Rick Martin (Vocals, Bass). They are also previously known as "The Angel's Share". Billy Boyd is also known as the actor who played Peregrin 'Pippin' Took in the Lord of The Rings trilogy movie. Whipping up a mix of musical whimsy, observant lyrics and thrashing vintage guitars The Down & Outs are well on their way out of the gutter. The Down & Outs are based in Glasgow and were recently signed by social club records.

Two years down the line, Kemy, Matty, Murphy and Dave are ready to take their message to the world. The Ads are simply a four-piece band from the outskirts of Glasgow getting down to some serious musical invention.
AirSpiel are a Glasgow based Rock/Indie/Electro band formed in early 2006, consisting of five members: songwriters David Merry (Vocals and Guitars), John Harris (Vocals and Guitars), Mark Adams (Keyboards), Stuart Ross (Bass) and Cameron Meiklejohn (Drums). Although based in Glasgow, all members are originally from Ayr. AirSpiel have played many gigs across the UK since formation, performing in renowned venues such as Glasgow’s Carling Academy and King Tuts. AirSpiel have generated an ever increasing loyal following of fans and continue to attract larger crowds to each event they perform at.
The Mortal were born on February 2006 in East Kilbride consisting of Fin Black,Charlie McInnes and Ali Robertson. Born out of frustration of playing 'covers' they decided to lock themselves in the studio and make some original music. The Mortal list their influences as; Muse, Primal Scream, The Cult, Depeche Mode, Simple Minds, The Clash, Kasabian, Bauhaus, Killing Joke, Foo Fighters, Greenday, Jesus and Mary Chain, Stone Roses, Inspiral Carpets, Queens of the Stone Age, and many many more.
