Track 9 have been together as a band since late 2006
Track 9 played their first gig in early 2007 at the Glasgow Cathouse. Since then track 9 have played countless shows across the country and played with a host of well established acts.
such as: Twin Atlantic, Think:Fire, Insurgents (austria), Supragod (sweeden), Fandangle, Idiotcut, Covington Case, DBsixtyeight, Mistake Us For Friends, The Hostiles & many more.
A Four piece from Glasgow that was recently described as.. "A Mix between 60s beat groups (kinks, beatles) The Smiths and The Buzzcocks." Whipping up a mix of musical whimsy, observant lyrics and thrashing vintage guitars The Down & Outs are well on their way out of the gutter. The Down & Outs are based in Glasgow and were recently signed by social club records.
The Yummy Fur have been variously described as "Make-out music for pre-mature ejaculators" and "kraftwerk for people with an aversion to 'werk'" This is an indication of the arc that the Fur have taken in their musical output, from the stuttering cartoon punk symphonies of the early singles to the studied 'noodling' of their late-period, electronica-washed Rock. Throughout their journey that, which is Fur remains vital and intact. Their influence on other bands is well documented.
