The 1999 recording from Light Of The World, 'Inner Voices' proved the band were ready for the dawn of the 21st century. Founder members of LOTW McKrieth, Wellington and Baptiste returned to compose some material, add their arrangements and produce a real follow up many years later to the 'Round Trip' album of many years earlier, and signed a recording agreement with Sanctuary Music. This being the first time that so many key members turned up for the recording of the songs.

The Directions

The Directions were a british band. The full line up of the band was John Burke (vocals) , Tony Burke (guitar,vocals and songwriter) , Martin Wilson (bass & vocals) , Steve Martinez (Drums) and Nick Simmons (Keyboards). Brothers John and Tony formed the band with Martin in December 1978, Steve joined the following April and Nick later on.The bands influence was David Bowie. They got there name from an old song.

Thee Attacks

Thee Attacks are a rock band hailing from Aalborg in the Northern part of Denmark who have since relocated to Copenhagen. Terry, Johnny and Jimmy are founding members and in 2008 Ritchie joined. Thee Attacks play rock n' roll with soulful vocals complemented by a '65-era, Townshend-inspired guitarist. Grammy Award-winning producer Liam Watson (record producer) has produced their debut album and has also had his hands on their second album - due on the backend of the summer of 2012

Secret Affair

Secret Affair was fronted by Ian Page and was the second best-selling mod revival band in the UK. Their best known hit singles, 'Time for Action' & 'My World' each sold over 200.000 copies in the UK alone. Secret Affair drummer Seb Shelton left the band after the second album to join Dexys Midnight Runners and was replaced by Paul Bultitude who played on their third album. Secret affair released only three albums, Glory Boys, Behind Closed Doors and Business As Usual, with an Anthology released in 2003 on Sanctuary Music.

The Piranhas

1) The Piranhas were a ska-influenced punk band from Brighton.
Their live act was supposed to be one of the best around and they soon had a large following and were beginning to get some choice gigs out of town. Their songs were laced with a dry, sardonic wit, backed up with some catchy hooklines. They were formed in 1977, and were originally part of the Brighton punk scene. They first came to prominence when DJ John Peel started playing their single "I Don't Want My Body" on his BBC Radio 1 programme...

Small World

Small World formed in November 1979 when Chris Philpott and Mick Cohen, who were already mates, met up with John Wratten who was looking to get into a band. The three had common musical influences/tastes based mainly on post-punk new wave (Jam, Clash, Buzzocks etc..) and sixties guitar-based bands (Small Faces, Kinks, Beatles). Initially the band had trouble getting a permanent drummer and it wasn't until August 1980 that an advert in the local paper resulted in Andy Orr joining the band. From that point on the band were ready to start doing some live work.

The Lambrettas

England in the summer of 1979 meant MOD, and it was then that the Lambrettas were formed near the south coast city of Brighton. The original members were: Jez Bird (vocals/guitar), Doug Sanders (guitar/vocals), Mark Ellis (bass), and Paul Wincer (drums). The band first performed on June 9, 1979, playing at an all-day Mod concert held in the ballroom at the end of Hastings pier. The band played various venues around England, then in August were spotted by Elton John’s Rocket Records label.
