Great Big Sea

Great Big Sea (often shortened to GBS) is a Canadian folk-rock band from Newfoundland and Labrador, best known for performing energetic rock interpretations of traditional Newfoundland folk songs. The band also performs original material. On March 11, 2010, Great Big Sea celebrated their seventeenth birthday as a band. And like almost every one of their many anniversaries spent together, they celebrated it by playing a concert, this one in Omaha, Nebraska.

This may seem like an incorrect tag for De Dannan, but De Dannan also recorded as De Danann. In fact, their first four albums, beginning in 1975 were cut under the De Danann name. Their debut album was called "De Danann."

Cherish the Ladies

All-female Irish-American group Cherish the Ladies was formed in 1985 in New York. They take the name "Cherish The Ladies" from a traditional Irish jig. The current members of the group are Joanie Madden (flute, whistle and harmony vocals), Mary Coogan(guitar, banjo, mandolin), Heidi Talbot (lead vocal, bodhran), Mirella Murray (accordion), Roisin Dillon (fiddle) and Kathleen Boyle (piano)
