Modeselektor

Modeselektor is an electronic music band formed in Berlin, featuring Gernot Bronsert and Sebastian Szary. The group draws heavily from IDM, glitch, electro and hip hop. Modeselektor produces all its material with self-developed software in Max/MSP and MIDI controllers. The group members met in 1992 in Berlin with group member Szary performing live acid house music at illegal underground parties. Both soon joined forces and began creating music under the moniker Fundamental Knowledge.

Major Lazer

Diplo and Switch certainly live the life, hugely successful DJs/producers in their own right, last year they joined forces and headed to Jamiaca to explore their Rasta roots. Diplo being a skinny white kid from Philly and Switch being a baldy, beardy ginge from Birmingham the locals were a bit dubious about their Dancehall credentials but the pair proved their worth in the studio and recorded with artists like Elephant Man, Gyptian and T.O.K.

Jacques Lu Cont

Jacques Lu Cont, born as Stuart Price on Sept. 7 1977, is the same gentleman who brings you Madonna's tour this year (2006), as he is her manager. Reportedly, he has said that the Human League's album 'Dare' inspired his sound the most, as evidenced by the video "Hey You What's That Sound," which looks amazingly like Madonna's "Hung Up." Hmm. He also laid down some sexy beats to her Confessions album...

Small town boy makes it big; that pretty much sums up Don Diablo’s career path up to this date. But who is this Don Diablo dude that everybody seems to be talking about? Well, for starters he is a producer, musician, imaginary friend, DJ, singer, writer, visualist, record label boss and to some people, the uncrowned King of hooligan house, but let’s start at the beginning. Don Diablo’s musical journey kicked off at the age of fifteen, when he started making music for short movies he was directing.
