LIFE IN FILM Debut single: ‘Sorry’ (Clip Club Records)
Released: 04/05/09 British music is preparing to give the US a sonic clout around the ear in 2009 as London’s Life In Film release debut single ‘Sorry’ via Clip Club Records on May 4th as a digital download and limited edition 7” vinyl. This strapping British anthem wears its Americana anthology very proudly, the Springsteen-isms of ‘Born To Run’ tied against a devotion to the Beatles school of pop and an ethos imbedded in the punk and new wave movements.

Lord Vampyr

Lord Vampyr is an Italian, vampiric themed, black metal artist who for much of his career was the originator and lead singer for the band Theatres des Vampires. He left that group in 2004, and in 2005 produced his first solo album under his own name Lord Vampyr entitled De Vampyrica Philosophia. Since this release of this first solo album Lord Vampyr has been involved in other projects, including fronting the band Shadowsreign.

Drowning the Light

Following the split of Australian black metal band Baal Gadrial in 2003, vocalist Azgorh created Drowning the Light. Four demo tapes were recorded and given extremely limited distribution, being given out only to close friends. From 2003 to 2009 Azgorh has recorded 10+ demos, 10 full-length albums (5 of which were released in the same year: 2007) and material for a number of split albums under the Drowning the Light moniker.

Theatres Des Vampires

Theatres des Vampires was originally formed as a Melodic Black Metal band - from Rome, Italy. They gradually changed their style and evolved into Extreme Gothic Metal with some remainders of Black Metal influences. They are mostly noted for the predominant theme of Vampirism within their lyrics. Theatres des Vampires was founded as Sepolcrum in 1988. They changed name in 1995 after the third demo, Gather my blood forever, released under the monicker VII Arcano (totally unrelated to the actual Italian band VII Arcano which plays thrash metal).
