Dave is a young Singer/Songwriter from the Milton Keynes area. He has been writing his own music since 2009 and has been playing the guitar for long before that. Dave's influences include a variety of artists from different genres, but his inspiration comes from the folky side of things. Dave's music is primarily acoustic but he has been branching out to include other timbres to live out his musical vision.
Described by the NME as "a collision between Elvis Costello & Randy Newman in winklepickers", Josh Weller first found fame in a group as Josh Weller and The Availables in early 2006. Standing out from a crowded marketplace of acoustic singer-songwriters due to his cuttingly sharp and witty lyrics, Josh is sure to find more mainstream success due to both his friendly nature and combination of funny and thought-provoking songs.
The Wildes are an Australian country/rock and roll band, formed in 2008. Their debut album Ballad of a Young Married Man was released in Australia in April '09 and has received lots of support from the Australian music press and radio. The sound has been compared to artists such as The Bad Seeds, The Waterboys, Steve Earle and Tom Waits. The songs have a strong story-telling element. The album is due for release in the UK and USA later in 09. The current line-up includes Lachlan Bryan (lead singer, guitar), Mat Duniam (drums), Shaun Ryan (bass) and Andrew Wrigglesworth (lead guitar).
