Kate Rusby

Kate Rusby is one of the most popular young folk singers of traditional English folk songs. She was at the centre of the folk revival in the 1990s which occurred with the coming of age of the children of those who were part of the 60s folk revival. Rusby first came to the attention of the folk scene through her duets with Kathryn Roberts, which lead to her becoming a founding member of the group Equation, which has included Seth Lakeman and Cara Dillon.

Katharine Blake

Katharine Blake (born in 1970 in London, UK) is the founder, main composer and musical director of the unique choral group the Mediaeval Baebes. The band was formed in 1996 and has released five studio albums, two compilation albums, a live album and a DVD. The Baebes have toured extensively, mainly throughout the UK, Canada and America. The other project Katharine is known for is Miranda Sex Garden of which Katharine was a founder member, lead singer, songwriter and lyricist. Formed in 1990 the band started out as a busking Madrigal trio.

Kathryn Edwards

Kathryn Edwards is a singer/songwriter. She's been writing for over three years now and her music could be described as folk/alternative. She's performed live in bands, but recently opted to work with other acoustic instrumentalists including luko, violin and gary keyboard/organ. She's recorded with numerous producers in studios such as townhouse studio, London. She also does illustration and writing and currently has a small book for sale in Magma, Manchester called just a little story.

Kathryn Tickell

Kathryn Tickell (b. 1967) is an English player of the Northumbrian smallpipes and fiddle. She has recorded eleven albums, and toured widely. Kathryn Tickell took up the smallpipes aged nine, inspired by her family - especially her father Mike, who was heavily involved in the local traditional music scene - and by the music of an older generation of traditional musicians such as Willie Taylor, Will Atkinson, Joe Hutton, Richard Moscrop and Tom Hunter.

Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson (born October 25, 1984), known by her stage name Katy Perry, is an American singer-songwriter and musician. Born in California to pastor parents, she grew up listening to gospel music and singing in church. Perry rose to fame in 2008 with her breakthrough single "I Kissed a Girl". Perry began with an on-and-off recording career, having been dropped three times by record labels. After signing to Capitol Music Group in 2004, she released her first mainstream album, One of the Boys. It contains the worldwide hits "I Kissed a Girl" and "Hot N Cold".
