Carus Thompson could easily take a well earned break. Either solo or with his band Carus & the True Believers he has toured the world relentlessly for the last ten years, garnering substantial followings in the U.K, Germany, France and Australia. He has sold over 30,000 CDs independently, supported luminaries such as Dave Matthews, Damien Rice, Jack Johnson, John Butler and The Waifs and been a regular a many of the major festivals.
Carus Thompson, an Australian folk guitarist. He mainly plays acoustic tracks in the genre of folk/roots. He is well known for his excellent stage presence. He usually tours with his band 'The True Believers' however in 2006 Carus went on an Australia Solo Acoustic tour with his good friend Loren.
Better known as one third of the Canadian folk trio The Be Good Tanyas, Ford performed solo on Showtime's hit lesbian drama The L Word and features on its season 3 soundtrack. Her forthcoming solo album, Obadiah, will be released July 20, 2010.
