B A R, formerly known as Best Among Ruins, is an instrumental psychedelic rock, drone rock, and experimental metal band formed in 2008 in Bradford, United Kingdom. The band has periodically conducted a number of studio recording sessions, and played concerts in the United Kingdom and the Baltics, including with bands as Humanfly and Magnapinna.
