Splashgirl is the innovative pianotrio consisting of Andreas Løwe (piano), Jo Berger Myhre (doublebass) and Andreas Knudsrød (drums). They are more engaged with long, sustained sounds than rapid and fast notes. They are more interested in sounding like a homogenic ensemble than showing off impressive solos. Splashgirl has released two records. Both are on iTunes, though the band recommends the physical objects.
