Thundering, mostly instrumental, mid 90s band from Australia. Heavy basslines with heavier guitar melodies punctuated by vintage synth sounds and chanting, Budd was a unique band. With some occasional quieter tracks that borrowed from vintage surf sounds, Budd's real claim to fame was their heavy jams. With a revolving line up and based in different cities at different times, the only constant was / is Jeremy "Budd", a respected sound engineer currently working in Brisbane. The group formed in Brisbane, Australia before relocating to Melbourne.

Combining never ending songs and a loud, relentless sound with low-end heaviness, wild psychedelic trips and doomrockin' riffs, Toner Low are one of a kind to roam the green fields of Leiden, Holland.
