Jamie Stewart

James Cyrus Stewart (born March 2, 1972) is the frontman of the American musical group Xiu Xiu and is also a member of 7 Year Rabbit Cycle. He is a native of Northridge, California; grew up in Los Angeles and currently lives in Durham, North Carolina. He comes from a musical background; His father, Michael Stewart, was formerly a music producer and software engineer, who worked with artists such as Billy Joel and Tom Jones, and was in the 1960s band We Five. Jamie started out in an R&B cover band before forming IBOPA with his father and seven other people.
