The Dreadnoughts

One part roaring sea shanty, one part haunting Irish melody, and a solid chaser of gut-crunching street punk. This ragtag group of drunken misfits stays true to the ancient ballads and bawlers that once drove sailors around the world, all the while smashing out modern punk with a fury and intensity that is unmatched anywhere. Formed in 2006 over pints of cheap beer at East Vancouver’s notoriously violent Ivanhoe Hotel, The Dreadnoughts cut their teeth in the roughest dive bars in the city.

The Dad Horse Experience

Biography
Dad Horse Ottn was a hellraiser and a punk rock scoundrel till, one day, he saw the light. The banjo light. And, drawing from southern Appalachian gospel and from the depths of his own scarred soul, he started to preach the Word through rough pure honest song. He calls it KELLER GOSPEL for it's meant to shine into the darkness of basements and other godforsaken places or souls.
What's he playing? First and foremost, there's the voice. Then we've got strong archaic banjo, and a rich bass via the fotdella bass pedal, which is an unusual foot-operated organ.

chris clavin

Chris Clavin (born Christopher Johnston) is a musician and record label owner from Indiana with a strict DIY (do-it-yourself) punk ethic. He has been involved in numerous punk bands, and runs Plan-It-X Records, a label founded in 1994. When Clavin first started releasing solo songs, he did not want his typical moniker attached to them. Spoonboy (of The Max Levine Ensemble) gave him the name Captain Chaos. Though Clavin did not like the name, it stuck.
