Trus'me

Hailing from Manchester in the north of England, David James Wolstencroft aka Trus’me, grew up surrounded by the city’s rich musical heritage. As a DJ he plays with diversity, a style that comes across in his production work. Giles Peterson chose the track Nards on his "Best of 2007". Giles said of the record: "If there was ever a house record made for me, it would sound like this." In 2008 the Prime Numbers imprint launched in collaboration with Fat City Recordings, providing an outlet for Trus’me and other likeminded artists.

Terry Francis

I was born in 1966 in Epsom. FAMILY
'My Mum and Dad were listening to James Last and stuff like that so I didn’t get much influence from them. I got to about 14 and realised that I enjoyed dancing I started listening to early soul stuff, Motown, that kind of thing. I actually got into a bit of rock when I was 15. That was my brother’s influence really his room was next to mine and I had to listen to it every day. I wasn’t into school really. I wasn’t really very good at school but I went. I was better at art and crafts than the academic stuff.
