North Mississippi Allstars is an American rock/blues jam band from Hernando, Mississippi, founded in 1996. The band is composed of brothers Luther Dickinson (guitar, vocals) and Cody Dickinson (drums, keyboards, electric washboard), and Chris Chew (electric bass guitar). Duwayne Burnside, who formerly played second guitar in the band, is a son of R.l. Burnside (who has also played on some of the band's tracks).

Chance The Rapper is an 20 year old MC from Chicago. Chance first made some noise on the Chicago hip-hop blog Fake Shore Drive with his video for Nostalgia in early 2011. Since then Chance has building a steady buzz around Chicago with songs such as Brain Cells, Long Time & Fuck You Tahm Bout. Musselwhite was born in the rural hill country of Mississippi. He has said that he is of Choctaw descent, and he was born in a region originally inhabited by the Choctaw. However, in a 2005 interview, he said his mother had told him he was actually Cherokee. His family considered it normal to play music, with his father playing guitar and harmonica, his mother playing piano, and a relative who was a one-man band. At the age of three, Musselwhite moved to Memphis, Tennessee.
1. Gaps, born Ricardo Tejeda, is not your quintessential rapper. Raised in a multiracial household, in the infamous Sistrunk area of Fort Lauderdale, FL, during the 90s, he quickly found a passion for Hip Hop. Honing his skills, and using his background from a lower-middle class working family, he released his first album, “Primitive Slob”, in 2005. Driven by personal experiences and beliefs, this album was a highly emotional record, with deep political undertones. This garnered Gaps accolades as a rapper and opened doors for performances and collaborations.
