The Aristocrats

There are at least three artists under this name. A Prog Rock Trio, an Indie Rock band from New Zealand, and a Classic Soul Group. #1) The Aristocrats are a prog rock group that has been compared to Cream, because of how equally the members contribute to their sound. The members are guitarist Guthrie Govan, bassist Bryan Beller, and drummer Marco Minnemann. The band was almost formed by accident, when the members discovered how well they worked together while jamming.

James Dean

The Night Terrors

Spawned from the festering miasma of the Melbourne, Australia underground scene, The Night Terrors' theremin-fueled electro-noise has been petrifying punters since the year 2000. The Terrors' formula of soaring theremin, thunderous metal-bass, breakneck drumming and vintage horror synth has earnt them a reputation as one of Australia's most unusual and original bands. In 2009 The Night Terrors released their debut full-length album 'Back to Zero' on EXO Records.

Stitchthread

Originally formed as a two piece recording project in late 2002, Stitchthread became a live band in mid-2004 and recorded/gigged with several lineups until late 2008 before going on hiatus. A retrospective six years gigging anniversary EP "We're Already Here" will be released later this year, with new recordings to follow. The present lineup consists of Mark Moreton (guitar/vocals), Andrew Hellebrand (guitar), Ian Cylkowski (drums) and Jim Thomas (bass/vocals).

Firegarden

"We are band with a multitude of influences. The band we look up to more than any other is Deep Purple but we like a whole range of things you might expect and a whole lot more you wouldn't. We sound British, but not slavishly so, and appeal to a wide range of people with excellent musical taste including students, bikers and those who were there in the 70s. We've played more than 150 gigs and recorded five independent albums. The most recent of these was Circles, released earlier this year.
