Based in Los Angeles, Take (Sweatson Klank) is a composer who continues to push the boundaries of instrumental hip-hop music into new directions. After multiple successful EP's under his belt, Take finally unleashed his debut full length player in 2007, Earthtones and Concrete. This music is nothing short of an epic journey with continuously evolving collages that lead the listener down a dust covered road of bit-crushed melodies and molested jazz samples.

The group consists of Ji Hyun (남지현), Ga Yoon (허가윤), Ji Yoon (전지윤), Hyuna (현아) and So Hyun (권소현). 4minute was announced in May 2009 along with two of the group's members Nam Jihyun and Kim Hyuna, former member of Wonder Girls. On June 11, 2009, the silhouette teaser video was released online along with their official website.

His backdrop: a powerful mixture of hip-hop and traditional Korean music. He is credited with discovering and producing 배치기 (Baechigi), a hip-hop group whose popularity is now exponentially increasing.
