Ex Deo is a Canadian metal band formed in 2008 in Montreal, Quebec, a new Roman themed death metal group led by Maurizio Iacono (Kataklysm) released their debut album Romulus to the world on June 19, 2009 (Europe) and June 30, 2009 (North America) via Nuclear Blast Records. The album was recorded with producer (and Kataklysm guitarist) Jean-Francois Dagenais (Misery Index, Despised Icon, Malevolent Creation).
There are two artists by this name. A death metal band and a 70s garage rock band. 1) Death was an influential death metal band founded by guitarist and vocalist Chuck Schuldiner in Orlando in 1983. They released several demos as Mantas before changing their name in 1984. 2) Death was a detroit rock band formed in 1971 by three African-American brothers, the Hackneys. Their only Album was 1975's "For the Whole World To See". These sessions were recorded between 1973 and 1974. == Death 1 ==
A dark, melodic death metal band from Melbourne, Be'lakor has quickly come to be regarded as one of Australia's most promising and creative metal acts. The band's international reputation has grown rapidly since the release of their 2007 debut, "The Frail Tide," its 2009 follow-up, "Stone's Reach," and most recently, the band's third album, "Of Breath and Bone." 2012 will see Be'lakor return to Europe to play at Germany's Summer Breeze Festival and the Czech Republic's Brutal Assault Festival.

Their latest offering, the 2005 triple DVD entitled Defiant Indoctrination is a concert performed and recorded in their home town on May 7, 2005. It features spectacular visuals and theatricals. At the show, they performed every song from their latest album, Defiant Imagination, as well as various tracks from their other albums.
