Deadzone

DeadZone is Panu Savolainen, a Finnish drum 'n bass musician. Panu got his first keyboard age of ~10. He started to compose with Amiga 500, 8-bit sampler, SoundTracker and MIDI-keyboard in 1992. Later upgraded to Amiga 1200/030, Protracker and also started to make MIDI-tracks with OctaMED and few synths. In 1998 he totally moved to MIDI-music. His influences include lot's of styles, from HC/gabba to classical to death metal, as well as great Amiga musicians.

Logistics

A couple of years ago you could have been forgiven for thinking that the primary meaning of Logistics had something to do with the careful organization of a complicated activity so that it happens in a successful and effective way. How wrong that would have been... and yet how right. Younger brother to Dan Gresham (aka Nu:Tone), Matt Gresham hails from Cambridge and is one of the youngest and fastest rising stars within the scene.

STEREOTYPE

Ermak Gordey aka Stereotype was born in 1989, in Chernigov (Ukraine).
Since 2009 Stereotype's sound moved to deep/minimal dnb.
In 2009 he formed project called "Science Fiction" together with Moscow neurofunk producer Paperclip.
Nowadays Stereotype has supports from many labels, producers and dj's all over the world.

DJ Die

DJ Die, real name Daniel Kausman, was born in north Devon (1972). Throughout the 70’s and 80’s he attended many U.K festivals with his mother. As a result Die grew up surrounded by music. With early influences such as his father playing guitar, he began a journey into music. From Rock n’ Roll to Ska, Two Tone to Punk, he ultimately finding a passion for Hip hop. It was around this time he moved to Bristol and took up skateboarding. Here he discovered that Krust and the Fresh Four crew were mixing house, hip hop, rare groove and funk at warehouse parties just down the road from his house.

Splice

There are at least two musical acts named Splice 1. Alias of Omni Trio 2. One half of swedish Techno duo Skudge releasing solo stuff. 3. Splice is a Jazz Quartet consisting of:
Robin Fincker – tenor sax / clarinet
Alex Bonney – trumpet / electronics
Pierre-Alexandre Tremblay – bass / electronics
Dave Smith – drums
They play a mixture of contemporary jazz, free improv, loud and soft noise, punk grit, ambient music, and more… with seamless blends or blunt juxtapositions.

Optiv

Edd Holmes, better known in the Drum & Bass scene as Optiv, first started his music career in the early 90s working at Dance 2, his local record shop in Guildford. At about the same time he was learning his production skills at SAE in London and also found time to hold a weekend job of assistant engineer at Ministry of Sound nightclub. Having completed his studies, he became a main player for the Drum & Bass outfit Pressure Rise.

Zero T

Zero Tolerance (aka Cian McCann) is arguably the brightest rising star coming out of the Dublin Drum & Bass scene. Since 2000 his production has been released on such major Drum & Bass labels as C.I.A., Signature, Subtitles, Liquid V, Hospital, Commercial Suicide, Reinforced, Innerground and Bassbin, amongst others. Cian's influences range from the early 90s conscious hip-hop sounds of Pete Rock, DJ Premier and A Tribe Called Quest to UK trip hop artists and labels such as Mo' Wax, Ninja Tune and Massive Attack.

Davey Asprey

Davey Asprey is a young, refreshing and enthusiastic DJ who has appeared on the trance scene of late. He showed a great interest in music from a very young age, listening to new wave in the late 80's and early 90's, his passion for EDM music evolved, luring him to the white isle of Ibiza in 2004, 2005 & his debut in 2007! The moment that Davey's DJing passion was conceived, was watching and being influenced by the one and only Eddie Halliwell - who is still his number one rated DJ to this day.
