Selvhenter
The Danish band SELVHENTER is quickly becoming one of the most
exciting new experimental bands in Europe. Their unique sound combines
the energy of rock with free improvisation and noise. It has made them
popular at both jazz and rock festivals around Scandinavia. SELVHENTER is: Sonja LaBianca (saxophone), Maria Bertel (trombone),
Maria Diekmann (violin), Jaleh Negari (drums) and Anja Jacobsen
(drums). The five members of the band come from some of the interesting

Chancha Via Circuito
Chancha Vía Circuito ("Pig on the Circular Train") is the alter-ego of Pedro Canale, a digi-cumbia DJ and producer based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. His debut LP, Rodante, was released in Fall 2008 by ZZK Records. It includes remixes and collaborations with a wide variety of artists (Jahdan, Princesa, Rancho MC, Poeta Inka, and Kumbha Kethu). In 2010 he released a mixtape, Río Arriba, to much critical acclaim.
