There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Turbo is a polish metal band. It was started in January 1980 by Henryk Tomczak (formerly in Stress and Heam, both pioneering polish hard rock groups). The first line-up were formed by Wojciech Hoffmann – guitar, Wojciech Anioła – drums and Wojciech Sowula – vocals. Soon a single was released, the tracks being W środku tej nocy (Deep in the Night) and Byłem z tobą tyle lat (So many years with you).
My Riot is a polish band formed in 2009 as a colaboration between Glaca (leader of band Sweet Noise) and breakbeat producer from Sopot, hiding behind the nick Hacker. After two years of cooperation, My Riot issued the first album. Glaca in the new project use all his experiences gained during stay in Los Angeles, where worked inter alia with Toshi Kasai (producer of Melvins, Fripp, Adam Jones) and Steve Duda (producer and programist co-working with Nine Inch Nails, Tom Lee and deadmau5)
Believe is a progressive rock band from Poland. Founded in 2005 by Mirosław Gil - composer, producent and guitarist of bands Collage, Mr Gil and Ananke. Believe consists of Mirosław Gil on guitar, Tomasz Rozcki (vocals, guitar), Adam Miłosz (keyboard and hidden harmonies), Przemysław Zawadzki (bass), Vlodi Tafel (drums) and Satomi (violin). There are multiple artists with this name: 1) Coma is a Polish alternative rock band, founded in 1998 in Łódź by Dominik Witczak (guitar) and Tomasz Stasiak (drums). The first album "Pierwsze Wyjście z Mroku" was released in 2004. After winning the Rock Festival in Węgorzewo the band became very popular in Poland. The second album, "Zaprzepaszczone Siły Wielkiej Armii Świętych Znaków" was released in May 2006.
Lombard is a Polish rock band popular during 1980s and the beginning of 1990s. Lombard was formed in 1981. In 1982 one of the vocalists, Wanda Kwietniewska left the band to form her own band called Banda i Wanda. In 1983 the band took part in National Festival of Polish Song in Opole and won the Audience Price and 2nd Jury Price for the song "Szklana Pogoda". In 1985, Lombard decided not to participate in the Soviet Song Festival which caused their absence in Opole that year. In 1999 Małgorzata Ostrowska left the band to start her solo career and Marta Cugier took her place.
Ten Typ Mes, also known as Mes (real name Piotr Szmidt) is a Polish hip-hop artist born in 1982 in Warsaw, Poland. He started out his musical career as a member of Flexxip, at first a four member band and later on only Mes and Emil Blef. His first appearances on productions are connected to "Muzyka Klasyczna" by Pezet, "Al-hub" by Red and vinyl compilations where he appeared with Flexxip and 2cztery7. An important moment in his career was an appearance on Kodex by Magiera and L.A. together with Emil Blef (as Flexxip) and Pezet.
Emade is a hip-hop producer and drummer from Warsaw, Poland. He made his name producing beats for Fisz's (his brother) albums and their mutual music project called Tworzywo Sztuczne. Whats more, Emade is involved in POE (Projekt Ostry Emade), a collaboration with rapper and producer O.S.T.R., and an all-star group Bassisters Orchiestra. Emade's beats are rooted in the sound of samplers and modern jazz.
