Bez

Mark Berry (born 18 April 1964), commonly known as Bez or Marky Mark (and occasionally credited as Bez "Bez" Bez), is a British dancer and percussionist. He was a member and the mascot of Salford band Happy Mondays, having been invited in by lead singer Shaun Ryder shortly after the band was formed. He is chiefly remembered for his bizarre style of dancing, and use of the maracas - the Mondays' second single was called "Freaky Dancin'" in tribute.

Bossk

Bossk are a Kent based post-metal band. They released 2 albums (.1 and .2) and a DVD (.3), forming 'The Trilogy', post disbanding in 2008 a split EP was released with Rinoa, containing the new live track "Events Occur In Real Time". In early 2012 they announced they were reforming for a BBC Maida Vale session for Daniel P. Carter's Rock Show which would include new song 'Pick Up Artist', to be released as a free download from the bands website in September 2012.

Orko

Orko are 4 young men from Gourock, just outside Glasgow, Scotland.
They're regularly compared to bands such as Hey Mercedes, Far and bands of a similar sound - as well as other Scottish bands such as Stapleton, Idlewild and Biffy Clyro; although few of these comparisons really ring completely true. Their debut album 'Creating Short Fiction' has been released on Gravity DIP Records and combines catchy chorus' with gorgeous layers of instrumentation, enhancing Orko's sound beyond that of a typical indie-rock 4-piece.

Witch Mountain

Witch Mountain is a / band formed in Portland, OR in 1997 by Rob Wrong (Iommi Stubbs, ex-M99) and Nate Carson (Point Line Plane, Two Ton Boa, Sunn O))) collaborator, etc). In 2000 the demo "Homegrown Doom" was released in Europe, and Dave Hoopaugh (Iommi Stubbs, Coma Void, Towers) was brought to be the bass player. Debut album Come the Mountain was released in 2001, selling its first printing in 2 months. A period of hibernation went into effect at 2002, mostly for family reasons.The band reunited and started touring again in 2005.

Peter Hook

Peter "Hooky" Hook (born February 13, 1956 in Salford, Lancashire) was the bass player for the English Post-Punk band Joy Division, and the techno/rock band New Order. Hook was a co-founder of Joy Division along with Bernard Sumner in the mid-70's. Together, they recruited vocalist Ian Curtis and drummer Stephen Morris to complete the quartet. The band reformed as New Order following Curtis' suicide.

Camper Van Beethoven

Camper Van Beethoven is an alternative rock band that was founded in 1983 in Redlands, California, though the band soon moved to Santa Cruz, California. Camper Van Beethoven mixed elements of pop, ska, punk rock, folk, country, and acid rock into an eclectic, catchy and sometimes mysterious ensemble, years before the so-called alternative rock moniker came to mainstream attention. The group's trademark violin-coated melodies and their ironic take on American culture put them one step away from being a novelty act in the eyes of many critics.

Emperor X is a pop/noise/folk music project headed by American musician C. R. Matheny. The project often performs and records with little more than Matheny on an acoustic guitar and a dynamic microphone, but sometimes also employs large groups of musicians on percussion instruments, various electronic noisemakers, brass/woodwind/string ensembles, and traditional rock instruments.
