Solitary Experiments formed in 1994 as a collaboration between Dennis Schober and Michael Thieleman, who had briefly collaborated before as 'Plague'. The following years saw occasional live shows and the release of a couple of demo tapes before the song 'God, Where Are You?' from the 'New Violent Breed' compilation in 1999, which would become a hit in their native Germany as well as Holland and the USA. Their debut album 'Final Approach' was released on Machinery later that year.

1) Karamel, sometimes stylized as KaraMel, was a bubblegum-pop duo from Toronto, Ontario, Canada that formed in 2008. KaraMel was made up of Kara Lane and Cassie Steele. The band originally appeared on the show disBAND, where the lineup was Kara and the original "Mel," Julie. Sarah Scherb later replaced the original "Mel" of the group. Due to Sarah wanting to go back to school, Cassie took Sarah's spot. Cassie left the band in March 2011, while Kara started a new project, titled The Boom Boom, officially putting an end to the Karamel project.
We Butter the Bread with Butter is a deathcore band from Lübben (Brandenburg), Germany. Founded in 2007, the founding member Marcel Neumann was originally the guitarist in Martin Kesici's band. The band creates a very unique form of Deathcore that incorporates Electronica elements. Almost all of the songs by the duo are covers of German nursery rhymes. Silbermond is a German rock band from Bautzen. The band originally formed in 1998 under the name Jast, which comes from the first letters of the band members' names (Johannes, Andreas, Stefanie, Thomas). In 2001, they changed their name to Silbermond ("Silver moon"). As opening act for Jeanette Biedermann, they became increasingly popular in Germany and Austria. They released their first album "Verschwende deine Zeit" ("Waste your time") in 2004. In late 2004 they went on tour, publishing their first concert DVD "Verschwende Deine Zeit - Live" in April 2005, which reached gold status.
