Tang

There is at least two acts called Tang: 1) Tang was formed during the Autumn of 1997 and established its first line-up during the Winter of 2000. That time marked a renewal of activity for the outfit, and an ever-growing willingness to advance with their music was born. The group released several demos, including a 3 track CD, given as a freebie, that astounded critics all over France. "Tang has a talent to grab your guts when the first chords are strummed, and the overall atmosphere is really emotional."

Mineral

"Mineral" could refer to at least four bands, an emo band from Houston, Texas, Armenian rock music veterans from Jermuk and another one from Boston. 1) Mineral formed in 1994 and like other young bands, they toured constantly, virtually living in their van. The band's first release, the 7 inch "Gloria"/"Parking Lot" 7", was released on Audio Concept by Kerry McDonald from Christie Front Drive (the record was later re-released by Caulfield Records). Through a few rabid fans, that 7" found its way into the hands of crank! and Mineral later decided to release their records on the label.

Braid

Braid is an American band from Urbana, Illinois that formed in 1993. After forming, the band went through several line-up changes but eventually settled on Bob Nanna on vocals and guitar, Todd Bell on bass, Chris Broach on guitar and vocals and Roy Ewing on drums. Roy was replaced in 1997 by Damon Atkinson. In 1999 Braid disbanded and went on to form Hey Mercedes with all band members minus Chris Broach (who went on to form The Firebird Band) and adding Mark Dawursk. The band reformed for a US tour in 2004 and, now that Hey Mercedes are defunct, apparently intend to tour sporadically.

Our Last Night

Our Last Night is a young post-hardcore band from Hollis, New Hampshire. They are currently signed to Epitaph Records, and released their Epitaph debut The Ghosts Among Us on March 4, 2008. Our Last Night built a strong local following with their 2004 EP We've Been Holding Back and 2005 album Building Cities From Scratch, both of which were self released. At the same time, the band gained fans across the world through the internet. Lead vocalist/screamer Trevor was only 11 years old when the band first formed, and his young age led the band to much internet buzz...

blessthefall

Blessthefall is a post-hardcore band from Phoenix, Arizona. In the two-year span since blessthefall’s album His Last Walk was released, the band has undergone some internal repairs that could have sunk any other band on the rise. Not so for the Phoenix five-piece, who’ve learned that a kink in the gears isn’t enough to stop a band this strong for good. Formed in 2004 by a group of higher-thinking high-schoolers who wanted their peers to find meaning and camaraderie in their music, Blessthefall was intent on making their metalcore blend a different breed that people would remember.

Hopes Die Last

Following the footsteps of bands such as Underoath and From First To Last, Hopes Die Last are contenders for the winning formula in the actual post-hardcore scene. Mixing gorgeous guitar licks and towering drum patterns, as well as a duel-vocal approach; Hopes Die Last showcase a perfect blend of aggressive vocal stamina and fine-tuned lyrical matter, providing a healthy foreground for the exhaustive backdrop on which they perform. The band is made up of five kids. For them, it's not about being in the hall of fame; it's all about screwing around and being teenagers.

Julia

There are two (and quite possibly more) bands by the name Julia, 1) Julia was an american / band, active in the mid 1990's.
Their style resembled the frantic sound of eastcoast (more specifically DC) emo, complete with octave chords and dark, yet melodic, basslines, thundering and slow drumming and intensly emotional vocals. On many occasions it sounded like Mathew was about to break down. Some members were playing on Lumber. Members:
Mathew Yeager (Vocals)
