VJ. DENKI-MAN LM.C was founded by Maya in Tokyo,Japan , a support guitarist for musician Miyavi in the support band Ishihara Gundan (Ishihara being Miyavi's real last name, Gundan means 'brigade' or 'army' in Japanese) and a guitarist in his own band, Sinners. While still with Miyavi, maya and other support members also played live shows as LM.

Video Nasties

Formed in the middle of 2005, the Video Nasties seem to have more than their fair share of luck.
Starting as a five piece, their debut gig was witnessed by a couple of Les Incompetents, who were so impressed that a string of shows followed. Their self-released demo caught the attentions of Xfm DJ John Kennedy, and its fusion of eighties post-punk with Medium 21-style indie has caught the eye of lots of people in the know.

Slint

Slint was a math rock band consisting of Brian McMahan (guitar and vocals), David Pajo (guitar), Britt Walford (drums), Todd Brashear (bass on Spiderland) and Ethan Buckler (bass on Tweez). They formed in Louisville, Kentucky, United States in 1986. Though they disbanded circa 1991, they are considered to be a major influence on the , , and scenes. Slint's first album Tweez was recorded by legendary engineer Steve Albini in 1987 and released in obscurity on the Jennifer Hartman Records label in 1989.

Elegy

There are at least four artists with the name Elegy: 1. Elegy are a / band from the Netherlands. They formed in 1986. 2. Elegy were a supposedly German Krautrock Band which were actually from Britain but were pretty much based full-time in Austria. They released the single "No Direction / Pain" in early 1971 which was recorded at the studios of Peter Mueller, Vienna. The A-Side "No Direction" was compiled on "Kraut! Demons! Kraut! Vol. 1 German Psychedelic Underground 1968-1974".
