John Murphy

There is more than one artist under this name: 1. John Murphy is a British film composer from the city of Liverpool. He began composing music for films in the early 1990s, working on several successful British movies including Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels (1998) and Snatch (2000).

Hospital Records is an independent record label based in South London. Primarily releasing Drum and bass, the label was started in 1996 by Tony Colman and Chris Goss, and has grown in recent years to become one of the most well known labels within UK dance music. The label is home to artists such as High Contrast, Netsky, London Elektricity, Danny Byrd, Camo & Krooked, Mistabishi, Logistics, Nu:Tone and Cyantific, but also releases tracks from a whole host of other artists across the DnB genre.

Carl Brown

Carl Brown has made loads of music. The first to be available to people he hasn't met in person is "The Luminaries Must Be Destroyed" EP, put out by TheCentrifuge.co.uk and Acroplane.org (go and download it for free). He has played at many nights in East Anglia, and a few further afield, at Bangface and a Planet Mu event. His music ranges from melodic IDM to Jungle and Comedy Gabber (He is the creator of Tesco Value Gabba, popular with the Bangface crowd). He is currently (June 09) working on a number of projects encompassing Jazz, Prog-rock and Comedy Gabber.
