Lowrider

There are three bands with the name Lowrider. 1) Emerging onto the Adelaide music scene in late 2003, the foursome met through the city's tight knit music community after playing in different bands. Brothers Paul and John Bartlett aka Papa John and Mr Cee, teamed with Scott Duncan aka Scotty D and Joe Braithwaite to form Lowrider. Their distinct sound has been developed organically drawing from very diverse influences including Donny Hathaway, Marvin Gaye, Curtis Mayfield, The Roots, Mos Def and Erykah Badu.

Black Rainbows

Black Rainbows Formed in 2005. They Started as a joke to have fun with some heavy psychedelic, stoner, desert tunes. But after recording their first full length “Twilight in the Desert” they were picked up from Longfellow Deeds Records (a French Rock Label site in Paris). In these years, they continue to smarten up their sound with a dozen live shows, sharing the stage with many cool bands; like Dead Meadow, Black Mountain, Los Natas, Witchcraft,White Hills, Michael Davis from MC5, Vic Du Monte’s Persona Non Grata and Alfredo Hernandez from Kyuss.

Radiant Sounds of Dust

The Radiant Sounds of Dust are a psych-rock-shoegaze-space-haze-exploratorary-hallucinatory rock n roll band based in Bristol. Formed by J. Tambakis and C. McCracken after they bonded over a love of vintage guitars, valve amps, effects pedals and rock n roll...they are two hedonists in love with the sound of silence as much as noise, crafting sound in space using acoustics, electronics weaving them into songs and noise.

El Diablo

El Diablo is a mexican psychedelic stoner power rock trio which includes ex-members from The Sweet Leaf, 34-D and Bloodsoaked. They have at least two recordings on CD.

Unida

Unida was an American stoner rock band that was formed after the dissolution of Kyuss and Slo Burn. The band originally consisted of John Garcia (vocals), Arthur Seay (guitar), Miguel Cancino (drums) and Dave Dinsmore (bass). Dinsmore was later replaced by Scott Reeder, who was in turn replaced by Eddie Plascencia. Paul Gray of Slipknot also played with the band as a touring bassist. In 1999, the band appeared on a split CD release with Swedish band Dozer.

Vista Chino

Vista Chino is a band formed in 2010 in Los Angeles, California by former Kyuss members John Garcia, Brant Bjork and Nick Oliveri with Bruno Fevery after disbanding Kyuss Lives!.

Nick Oliveri

Nick Stephen Oliveri (born October 21, 1971 in Los Angeles) is an American musician from Palm Desert, California. He plays bass guitar, acoustic guitar, electric guitar, and is a vocalist. Oliveri is most famous for being a member of legendary Southern California stoner rock band Kyuss and a member of Queens of the Stone Age from 1998-2004. In punk rock circles, he is best-known for being "Rex Everything" in Dwarves.

Gyroscope

There are two bands with the name Gyroscope. The first is a pop punk/alternative rock band from Perth, Western Australia formed in 1997 by Daniel Sanders (vocals, guitar), Zoran Trivic (guitar), Brad Campbell (bass), and Rob Nassif (drums). They recorded their first demo cassette, First, as Gyroscope Sunday in 1998, and took up playing regularly on the Perth live circuit whilst also finding time for work and school commitments. The second is a psychedelic jazz outfit from Quebec, Canada.

The Cruel Sea

The Cruel Sea is a multi-ARIA Award winning 90s Australian rock/blues outfit. Originally an instrumental band focused on surf sounds, the addition of vocalist Tex Perkins (also a member of The Beasts Of Bourbon and a solo artist) proved an inspired decision. Combining the charismatic Perkins with the highly talented musicians created an unstoppable force through much of the 90s. Members of the band continue to perform, though with the exception of Perkins, most activity is fairly low key.
