Gintas K

Gintas K (Gintas Kraptavicius) is a sound artist born in Lithuania in 1969 . He was the core member of the first Lithuanian industrial music group "Modus". Performances, actions, even short films shape the activities of "Modus" (which is translated as "the way of life"). Later Gintas Kraptavicius was active as a performer and interdisciplinary artist, known for his actions, happenings, written instructions in a post-fluxus manner.

Polish composer and musician, working and living in Warsaw. Piotr Kurek studied classical piano and played drums but is most known from his activity in dance theatre and electronic music. Co-founder of ever changing project Ślepcy, emerged in the late 90’s and collaborated with various record labels including Ambush (London), Kool.POP (Berlin), Cock Rock Disco (Berlin), Klangkrieg (Berlin), Unknown Public (London) and Crónica (Porto).

James Eck Rippie (born. 1977) is a visual/sound artist originally from Nashville, TN and currently resides in Texas. He works primarily as a turntablist with a focus on creating abstract sound from classical music records while utilizing altered needles, turntable feedback, effect pedals, damaged records, etc. While decomposing the original sound source, Rippie’s intentions are to understand the transcending possibilities of sound as well as test the capabilities of the turntable as an instrument.
