Arcana

(there are four artists with this name) I. Arcana is a neoclassical/darkwave band from Sweden, formed in 1993. They merged classically- and medievally-inspired instrumental music with occasional vocals to arrive at a richly atmospheric and dark musical tapestry. Previously signed to the Cold Meat Industry label, the original line-up consisted of Peter Bjärgö and Ida Bengtsson, but since 2002 it changed and featured Peter Bjärgö, Ann-Mari Thim, Stefan Eriksson, Cecilia Bjärgö and Mattias Borgh.

Unter Null is an electronic music project formed by Erica Dunham in 1998 in Seattle, WA, now currently based in Hamburg, Germany. The official website is http://www.unter-null.net. Years of classical music training, a love for computers and technology, a tough-as-nails resolve, a fierce independent streak, and the compulsion to find catharsis through music led Erica to eventually form Unter Null at the age of 17. Brian Williams is a British electronic musician often credited for creating the genre with albums recorded under the name Lustmord. Williams started recording as Lustmord in 1980 before joining SPK in 1982.
Lustmord has extracted field recordings made in crypts, caves, and slaughterhouses, and combined it with occasional ritualistic incantations and Tibetan horns. His treatments of acoustic phenomena encased in digitally expanded bass rumbles have a dark ambient quality.
