There are several artists named KRAKATAU: 1. avant-fusion band led by guitarist Raoul Björkenheim. 2. Indonesian jazz outfit. They play fusion at first, but then experimenting by merging indonesian ethnic style with western jazz. 3. Russian experimental metal band which was formed in Moscow in 2004, inspired by the experiments of Mike Patton, and other worthy guru, so the band has always been close to the spirit of musical freedom.

CMX (short for Cloaca Maxima) is a Finnish rock group consisting of A.W. Yrjänä (vocals, bass), Janne Halmkrona (guitar) and Timo Rasio (guitar). Starting as an English language hardcore punk band, CMX eventually moved to a bit more conventional style of rock, even though their music could be described as somewhat experimental (at least when compared to the other Finnish mainstream rock groups). Umpio is a harsh noise artist from Finland, active since 2007. The man behind the moniker is Pentti Dassum, better known as the guitarist of now defunct jazzcore legends Deep Turtle. The unforgiving sound of Umpio is made by various home made junk instruments (or "junkstruments" as they are referred by Pentti himself) abused through a string of effect pedals. Releases so far include Avauz (Zerga), Stalkhausen (CD-R), Antabus (digital EP), Karu II (Musapojat / Zerga), Loinen (Zerga), Lasia lapsille (Zerga), Karu I+III (Nekorekords), Junk Electronix vol 1.

There are at least four artists going by the name "Prestige". 1)Barbershop quartet hailing from Toledo, OH. These guys sure have SPUNK. 2)Formed in 1987, PRESTIGE was one of the leading Speed / Thrash metal bands in Finland and one of the first to get signed by a major label. They released three full lenghts: "Attack Against Gnomes" in 1989, "Selling The Salvation" in 1990 and "Parasites In Paradise" 1992.
