Within a day of meeting they began writing and within a week a first gig was booked, although the early shows are hard to recall: “I don't think any of us can remember.” says Luke “Gigs back then were always tied in with some sort of party. The only memories we have are the odd video clips taken by some one in the crowd. They sounded great so we kept going, enjoying every minute”

Their music developed organically as a result of the collaboration of four close friends, with the intention of writing some original music that could fill the gap in the current music scene, and whose diverse musical tastes ensured a sound like no other. The Silence is a name of at least eight acts: 1) An Orange County, CA, USA alternative rock band, which has been creating relationships with audiences across the USA, since 2004. From their early days of goth rock to the current rock répertoire, The Silence has dedicated their effort to not only entertaining, but connecting with fans. This connection has been made at more than 220 shows over the past two years including 3 National Tours, Bamboozle 2005, Flipside Festival 2005, the 2005 Warped Tour and countless California and Arizona shows.

OneRepublic is an American Rock band formed in Colorado. After a few years of moderate success, they have since drawn mainstream attention with the release of their single “Apologize,” which has sold in excess of 7 million singles worldwide. The song, according to SoundScan Data, is one of only two songs that have reached 3 million legal downloads in history. A remix of “Apologize” was featured on Timbaland’s Shock Value and the band’s debut album, Dreaming Out Loud, produced by Greg Wells.

POLYSICS

POLYSICS is a Japanese new wave/synth pop/punk/rock band, hailing from Tokyo. The band started in 1997, but got their big break in 1998 at a concert in Tokyo. They create high energy music, fusing conventional guitar music, with synthesized and computer generated sound to create a unique mixture of punk and electro-pop. Their song lyrics often consist of Japanese, English, or just plain gibberish. The band has been noted for their extremely energetic live performances and their wild gimmicky outfits.

Finabah

Finabah has come a long way since their humble beginnings in 2002. The idea of forming this awesome foursome started with two mates with too much beer, a guitar and a voice (always a deadly combo!). These two talented munchkins surprisingly remembered there pact to form a band the following morning so they picked up their guitar and vocal chords scattered on the floor and went to get a maxi burger with egg!!! (or in other words the quest was on!) Predictably...

Rafael is a singer-songwriter that gained a little buzz after uploading "Gaydar" on youtube, a version to the Britney Spears song "Radar". The EP featuring pop, R&B and electro songs showcasing androgynous vocals is due for release in 2011. For the spanish singer change your tags to Raphael.
