"The Narrows" refers to two bands. One from Bellingham, Washington (active from 1999-present) and another from Hillsdale, Michigan (active from 2004-08). Bellingham, Washington is a mossy, dark place. The Narrows’ music is the perfect compliment to their home, Bellingham. And like the moraines scattered around Whatcom county, this is glacial rock. It leaves humongous hanging valleys and piles of till everyplace it goes.
