Hive a.k.a. Michael Petrie (born December, 1974) is a Los Angeles-based DJ, producer and record label owner who has contributed to dozens of recordings in the drum and bass musical genre. His Violence Recordings label is regarded as the premiere drum-and-bass label in the United States. His mixes have been used throughout popular media, although he is not particularly well known. Hive is on the Matrix soundtrack, and his songs are also used in several television shows. He has produced four albums, his latest being "Bedlam" which he released in 2002.

Irukandji can refer to four bands: 1. Irukandji is a Melodic Death Metal band from Ford City, PA. Their official band page is https://www.facebook.com/irukandjiofficial 2. Irukandji is a female fronted progressive metal/hard rock band from Norwich, England formed in 2007 under the name Strength of Presence, (initially as a semi-acoustic trio of two guitars and lead female vocals). In 2008 they recruited a drummer and a bassist and changed their name to Irukandji, to reflect the harsher more aggressive nature of their music.

As evident from his solid standing on the DJ List, Yahel's fans worldwide consistently support him, and Yahel knows just how much that means.

Helix

There is more than one artist with this name: 1) Helix is a heavy metal band that formed in 1974 for a Battle of the Bands contest in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada and is best known for their 1984 single "Rock You". The original lineup consisted of singer Brian Vollmer, guitarists Brent Doerner and Paul Hackman, bassist Keith Zurbrigg and drummer Brian Doerner. In 1992, Hackman died when the group's van rolled down a 40-foot enbankment after a concert in Vancouver.

"Flip Flop" are Chris Hanson (aka Touch Tone/Sketchy Pimps/DJ Crispy) and John Monkman (aka Hemi-Sync/Pink Noize), two producers from the UK. Both have been writing trance for over Six years, using this time to hone their production techniques and allow their sound to develop into the kicking Full On/Progressive hybrid that it has become. With influences from many different genres of music and a tendency to think outside the box,their music stands out at home as well as on massive sound-systems.

The Commercial Hippies

The Commercial Hippies , (Anton Raubenheimer and Gareth Tacon), started their musical history together, DJing breakbeat at various parties, in and around Cape Town South Africa. After a couple years of DJing, the two (garethT & Anton) decided to try their hand at producing and soon after the concept of The Commercial Hippies was born. Their first track Where Dreams Come From received a great response from trance lovers around the world and instantly caught the attention of many a psy-trance ear.

Blackout

5 bands go by the name of Blackout; one Polish "big-beat" group (created by Tadeusz Nalepa in 1965, changed the name for Breakout in 1967), a RAC band from Wales, one hardcore punk band from New Zealand, one from Chile, one from Seattle, and one from the Midwest.
The following refers to the latter: Blackout is an explosive force in the Midwest music scene. This five piece, all-original, hard rock group was founded in 2002 by nationally acclaimed drummer Rick Lorek.
