They quickly became friends by sharing the same sense of humor, and later on Deron found out Jess played drums.

Brand new progressive/melodic metal band DAWN HEIST released there debut single in September, Nine Worlds. Formed in 2010, Dawn Heist are a ﬁve piece band from Sydney, Australia brandishing their own unique style of metal infused with melodic synth/programming and accompanied with a driving vocal tone that sets the band apart from the norm and creating a deﬁnite need for more. Dawn Heist have recently been in the studio with ARIA nominated producer Greg Stace,
ﬁne tuning their already massive sound to create the debut release.

JONCOFY

The band originated in 2007 in Kiev in the restless mind of guitarist-vocalist Math_Max, whose experiments with digging guitar and torturing his voice reached the dimensions of a mania and needed to be shared with someone. On the score of it the first 3-piece line-up was formated soon and recording debut of Joncofy was not too long to appear. The band’s 5-song self-released demo “Li(f)e?” was a really howling success. It had tons of positive replies and reviews in local and foreign music community and became kind of the quality standard for Ukrainian alternative metal bands.

Tiananmen

Tiananmen are a Sheffield-based rock fusion band who promise great things. After releasing their debut ep entitled "The mechanical light of a futureless skyline", the group have set about small UK tours along with plenty of gigs in their hometown. Before forming in April 2006, the bulk of the band existed in various forms with Lee (guitar) and Jamie (drums) collaborating with many members before finding Ben (bass), and later, after a long search, Nate on vocals.

Stone Sour

Stone Sour is a three time Grammy Award-nominated American Alternative Metal/Hard Rock band from Des Moines, Iowa. The band was founded by Corey Taylor, vocalist of Slipknot, and former drummer Joel Ekman. Early days
Taylor's long time friend, Shawn Economaki, joined shortly after, and filled in as the bass player. The band had played clubs and bars with different guitarists - often filling the position for just one show. This time, Stone Sour recorded 2 demo tapes, in 1992 and 1994. Shortly after, in 1995, Jim Root - who is now also part of Slipknot with Taylor - joined the band.

Refused

Refused is a hardcore punk band originating from Umeå, Sweden, formed in 1991. The band's final lineup comprised its founding members, vocalist Dennis Lyxzén and drummer David Sandström, as well as guitarists Kristofer Steen and Jon Brännström. Their lyrics were often of a non-conformist and politically far-left nature. The band released five EPs and three albums before initially splitting up in 1998.

Segression

Segression is a heavy metal band from Wollongong, Australia. Originally known as Eezee and playing sleaze metal, the group decided to change its name after moving into in a thrash direction in mid-1994. As Eezee, the band had recorded an EP in 1993 and the 1995 album Rise From Darkness. The group had also played support shows with Morbid Angel, Machine Head and Deicide. The line-up at this time was Christiaan Rand (bass, vocals), Chris Sellin (guitar), James Broadbent (guitar) and John Buckley (drums).
