Odd Crew

Odd Crew are groove/southern metal band, formed by long-time friends Vassil Raykov (Vocals), Vassil Parvanovski (Guitar), Martin Stoyanov (Bass) and Boyan ”Bonzy” Georgiev (Drums) in Sofia, Bulgaria. The band was formed in 1998, when all of the members were 12 years old, except for Bonzy, who was only 8. Following a longtime musical career, the four of them recorded 3 albums under the name of "Kaskadiori" , with each album marking a definitive change in style from the blues-orientated hard rock of the first to the more heavy/sludge metal sound, explored in the most recent recordings.

Dreamkillers

1990 was the year Dreamkillers busted their way onto the Aussie underground scene via the culmination of two local Brisbane punk outfits; “Mystery of Sixes” and “Insane Hombres”. The name Dreamkillers came after a conversation regarding the 1957 Williams Burrows classic, The Red Planet, where he refers to the “dream killers”. Disillusioned with the inferior commercial offerings of the time, Dreamkillers soon channelled this angst into a raunchy punk-inspired, hardrock / heavy-metal tour-de-force that became their trademark sound.

The group formed in 1958 as Brian Poole and the Tremoloes (the name soon being changed thanks to the spelling mistake of a local newspaper), and were initially cast in the Buddy Holly and the Crickets mould. Decca notoriously chose them over The Beatles, whom they had auditioned on the same day.
