Resist The Thought

Hailing from Campbelltown, Resist The Thought is a 5-piece metalcore/death metal band. With influences ranging from All Shall Perish and As Blood Runs Black to Parkway Drive and August Burns Red, Resist The Thought are continually striving to make the band all that it can be. The Band originally formed in 2003 consisting of Rick on Guitar, Jake on drums and Matt on bass and then later on vocals as well. They started off mucking around and playing music just for the fun of it and played a few shows at the ages of 11 and 14.

Deadweight

There are two bands that go under the name of Deadweight: 1. Deadweight (UK) A brutal technical death metal 5 piece from Birmingham, England. Were signed to indie label 'Feto Record'. Their debut album 'Origins of Darkness' is in shops now. Expect shredding, pummelling, pulverising, miss shaped noises in your ears. www.myspace.com/deadweightuk. The band split in early 2009. 2. Deadweight (US) is an alternative rock trio from San Francisco, California. Playing the violin and cello through a variety of guitar effects, their studio recorded material is surprisingly hard rock.

And Hell Followed With

And Hell Followed With was an American deathcore band. The group formed in Detroit, Michigan in 2006 and split in 2010 eight months after the front man Nick Holland announced he would be parting ways with the band. As of 2012 the band announced that they would play one last show at The Jamboree in Toledo, OH. They've stated that there are no plans to ever play another show. They released two full-length albums before their disestablishment.

Dischord

There are at least four bands named Dischord: 1. A Thrash Metal band formed in 2005 from Moncton, New-Brunswick, Canada. Having already released a demo and an EP. 2. Dischord is a Deathcore/Death Metal band from Tbilisi, Georgia, formed in 2010. Its music consists of some heavy deathcore with slamming, brutal and technical death metal influences. Lyrical themes of the band are politics, revolution, future, destruction etc.

Black Tongue

At least three bands have gone by the Black Tongue moniker: 1. A down-tempo hardcore/beatdown/groove band from Hull, England. Founded in January 2013, the band features members of Infant Annihilator and Mister Sister Fister. 2. An American act is also named Black tongue 3. Black tongue is a rock band from Copenhagen, Denmark. The line-up consists of: Cristian Olesen (guitars, vocals), Rune Nielsen (bass guitar), Snakebite (drums), and Jonas Skovsbøl (guitars). The band recorded their first self named EP in May 2009. The EP contained 4 tracks and the band is currently unsigned.
